My room was not very clean upon arrival. There were long strands of hair from a previous customer in the bathroom, the bathroom shelf to place your toiletries was broken and all my items fell off, and the room itself smelled moldy and damp. Additionally, my room was only cleaned 1 of the 3 days I stayed even though I never put the sign up to not tend the room, so I had a full trash can and dirty towels most of my stay. Parking right on the premises was a huge plus, and the restaurants and shops were only a 15 minute walk.

The mattress needs updating, divots on both sides. The shelf above the sink was not installed properly, it’s so tilted (forward) nothing will stay on it. The room was hot & stuffy after a mild sunny day, took over an hour to cool off with the window propped open.

really great service , the staff looked after us . Even the owner came out and spent some time with us . i was travelling with 2 other friends on our way to Dingwall. The room for 3 people was awesome , very comfortable and spacious .

No one was there for when we was checking in. It took 30 minutes before we was able to get hold of a staff member to check-in. The staff said they didn't think the wound get any more guests for the night and and we booked at 2-3pm. They upgraded us but the room okay. It smelled of old cigarettes. The bathtub was not clean. It had hair in it and other stains that could easily had been cleaned. There are durt markes on walls and the shelf above the counters was dusty. There was also a big dead spider on the floor in the bathroom. Atleast they had working radiators in the room. Bed was comfortable. Overall disappointed.

This property is average at best. Appallingly- when we arrived well within checkin hours we found no one at the desk but a paper print out of our checkin information along with the room key! Anyone could have walked in off the street and picked it up! Also, the onsite bar/restaurant wasn’t open. Parking was good, bed was clean/comfortable, cleanliness lacking in the bathroom. Would not return, better options within this price point nearby.

We had a nice stay. The hotel is convenient and what we needed, but a few things in the room weren't in the best condition such as the chair and the bathroom counter. We never met any of the staff but I'm sure they're lovely. But it was overall a good stay. Room was warm, bed was a little small but comfortable.
