A little thing, but location was what was needed.
This was across the street from the airport, which is why we stayed there. (Leaving early next morning). It was quite comfortable. Bit of a pain to "register" the car for parking, when we were dropping off our luggage in the room, and then coming back down to return the car, but we were told we could get a ticket if it was there for 15 min! everything else was superb!

The property is so close to the airport, which is the reason I picked the room, this was great. At check-in, I was not advised of how to use the lights in the room - placing the room key in the slot. The phone in the room did not work when I tried to call down to the front desk which led me to make a trip down to the front desk for instructions on how to do this. I think this should be part of the check in process. The room also made a very loud humming noise, which made it difficult to sleep. Outside of this, the property is clean, bright, close to the airport and full of nice amenities.

Calum , the manager was GREAT! I had injured myself on the Highland way and the Hotel we were booked in did not answer the phone all day to tell us how we could get to them as we were now not walking there. So we had to take Public transport in to Inverness and the Marriot at the airport. Calum reasured us that wehad been given the last room and would be accomodated.

No dinner available until 9pm at night as they had a large booking in. No prior warning. The hotel is in a remote enough location that sourcing another restaurant as a solo traveler is a nightmare. Attitude of the female assistant reception manager was shocking too , no room service available either. Really disappointed.
