I highly recommend this hotel to stay at Interlaken. The staff is super kind and the location is very convenient, very close to the train station and in the city town, so you can use it to move from here to other places like Grindelwald. Also, hotel includes breakfast of good quality considering Switzerland Is very expensive.

Pleasant stay. Just spent one night. Wish we had more time. The town is walkable and beautiful. Hotel is older but centrally located with a restaurant. Hotel is near restaurants shops the river and nice walk along the river to Harder Kulm. Staff is very nice and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

Just a really short distance away from Interlaken West station. Many shops and food options nearby too Big and clean room. The towel heater doesnt seem to be working well, other than that everything else about the room was good

Very close to Interlaken west railway station. Very old hotel. Walkway to room had some old red carpet and the floor was giving in while walking. Room was just ok. Check in staff were like school teachers warning of additional fee if room was left dirty or if water is seen on floor - close the door before showering. Never heard anything like this anywhere. Breakfast was good.

Perfectly located , only a short one minute walk from the Interlaken West train station. Super convenient to get bus and transportation through the greater Interlacken area. Short walk to trains to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Jongfrau Joch. Great tourist, shopping and low-cost, studying options with coffee, shops, and grocery stores nearby.

We arrived early in the day and we checking in but had the hotel hold our bags. Hotel is located close to Interlaken West station and very convenient to the buses. The are is very busy with a lot of shops and dining. The hotel was very nicely decorated and clean. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I did ask for extra pillows which they brought up right away. Our room was in the back corner and very quiet. We had a balcony but it was raining so we didn't use it. breakfast was traditional European and was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great, staff was great. The building was old due to the history which was fine. It gave it a real homey feel. There was mold in the grout in the shower which is why I gave it a 4 star. Everything else was great

Very close to Interlaken West train depot and boat for LakeThun. Breakfast was included and served a good variety of pastries, cold cuts, yogurt and hot foods. Great customer service. Room was wonderful. The rooms are not air conditioned but it was cool during our stay at night and the windows opened. They provided many toiletry items in the bathroom including toothbrush/toothpaste, razor, sewing kit, and nail kit. There’s a grocery store next door and coffee shop and McDonald’s across the street. There are also some very good restaurants nearby and the Funky Chocolate Club is just a block away. It is a busy street so a bit noisy outside in the evening and morning when sleeping with the windows open.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We did experience limited cooling in our room which made it very warm while trying to sleep. The breakfast buffet in the morning is okay. Both mornings of our stay there were no scrambled eggs. The pan was empty. The individual servicing the breakfast seemed to have a lack of interest. We requested an ironing board and iron and was told that we could come down to the front desk to pick it up instead of it being delivered to our room by the staff. Little things like that that kind of irked us a bit.

The hotel was in an excellent location to everything. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The rooms were so well appointed- a basket in the bathroom with everything in case we had forgotten anything. Combs, soap , toothbrush etc. even slippers. Highly recommend staying here.
