On arrival at NALA, the friendly staff offered us complimentary prosecco and 2 free welcome cards, a scheme which gives you free transport on tram services and most local buses. Also gets you discounted entry to some attractions. Our room (505) was immaculate, quirky, spacious and the bed was so comfy. Mountain views from the bed and living room made it extra special. We didn't have breakfast there during our stay but noticed it was a popular choice with other guests. Just a minute or two walk from bus and tram stops, 10 minutes walk to the main centre or 15 mins to the train station. Great value for money, would definitely recommend NALA. We stayed 4 nights at end of January.

Great room but marginal sleep

Super check in. Snazzy room! Our only two small complaints were the room was very bright from outside lighting. And there was a persistent scratching sound coming from the ceiling areas off and on while we’re were trying to sleep. Maybe it was creaking pipes?

The amazing NALA hotel 😉

It was indeed a great experience our stay at NALA... Attentive service with some courtesies during our stay there, Comfortable and functional room, in addition to having a safe. We didn't have breakfast. But it was our choice, but they offer it. Room services grade 10. Very clean and airy environment. The view from the window of our room overlooks the Alps, which were incredibly beautiful because of the snow. Overall, the hotel staff is very efficient and helpful. I loved having chosen the NALA HOTEL to have this incredible experience in Austria.

Can’t wait to return!

The is a fun hotel with friendly staff and unique decor. The location is a convenient walk to both the train station and the Old Town. We loved having the option to have a glass of Prosecco or hot tea in the reception area when we returned to the hotel.

Strongly recommend. The room is tidy and view from the window are extremely beautiful. I lost my rings at the room, and the hotel helped me deliver it to Hong Kong. Nice service and location as well.
