Location was excellent!! Hotel lobby was pretty nice. Rooms were nice. However my shower didn’t drain. Flooded to room with water. I notified staff, the next day it still flooded. Basically you could run the water for 3 minutes before the water started flooding into the main living area (weird design shower and room) For a 4 star hotel the shower should drain properly.

Great hotel and location
Great hotel in the heart of the city close to major landmarks and transportation. Reception was kind enough to provide with a free ticket valid for the duration of my stay on all public transportation. My only issue was the extreme loud level of noise coming from the street in the middle of the night. Being super jetlagged I wanted to rest but a truck was fixing the road between 4am and 9am. Not the hotel’s fault, but quite terrible.

This was a great place in a great location with super friendly staff. The room was perfect. I travelled with my son and the split level with a bathroom on each floor gave us each our privacy. Loved that. The spa was a nice bonus as well. The breakfast was well-stocked and delicious. There was no coffee machine in the room. That was a surprise. But there are so many pastry/coffee shops nearby, including the hotel’s breakfast buffet and a la carte restaurant that it wasn’t a real issue. But the bigger surprise and the only downside to this hotel was that they allow dogs. We had a dog barking in the room in front of us our whole stay.
