Great hotel and location
Great hotel in the heart of the city close to major landmarks and transportation. Reception was kind enough to provide with a free ticket valid for the duration of my stay on all public transportation. My only issue was the extreme loud level of noise coming from the street in the middle of the night. Being super jetlagged I wanted to rest but a truck was fixing the road between 4am and 9am. Not the hotel’s fault, but quite terrible.

This was a great place in a great location with super friendly staff. The room was perfect. I travelled with my son and the split level with a bathroom on each floor gave us each our privacy. Loved that. The spa was a nice bonus as well. The breakfast was well-stocked and delicious. There was no coffee machine in the room. That was a surprise. But there are so many pastry/coffee shops nearby, including the hotel’s breakfast buffet and a la carte restaurant that it wasn’t a real issue. But the bigger surprise and the only downside to this hotel was that they allow dogs. We had a dog barking in the room in front of us our whole stay.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Very close to the city center. The room is nice with a nice soaking tub. Breakfast is the highlight ! Beautiful building!

Perfect Hotel at the heart of a beautiful city.
We loved this hotel immediately when we arrived. Our room was lovely, great views and comfortable. Unfortunately our first night we were informed that a hurricane had flooded our Florida home and we were forced to cut our vacation short. The staff was wonderful in accomodating our needs and our change in plans. We will return one day to finish our stay in Innsbruck, and we'll stay at Hotel Central. It truly is in the heart of the city and we rode the Hotel's free ebikes around for a while. We were sad to leave the hotel and the City early, but we'll be happy to return as soon as we can.
