The hotel was remodeled a few ago from a quaint tyeolean hotel to a more modern decor. Great if you like gray with black fixtures. Will not be staying there again

A great stay made even better by the lovely staff. The cocktail bar on the top floor is lovely and the rooms spacious and comfy. The location is just perfect and right in the heart of Innsbruck

Staff were very friendly and gave us a welcome drink. Room very clean and modern. The area around the hotel is perfect. Tons of restaurants to choose from. Close to the funicular to get to the top of Innsbruck. Great stay. Loved it.

They are eco friendly but when it’s 85-90 degrees outside they don’t cool the hotel. We had to ask for a fan for night. Just be aware. Great location though.

Room was nice but the area is incredibly noisy with loud people outside until the middle of the night. The windows keep the sound out but if you have the windows closed it's hot and stuffy because the air conditioner barely does anything. The choices are either being hot and stuffy or having people yelling outside of the hotel all night. Other than that it was fine.

Center of town, VERY convenient! However, configuration of hotel was odd: reception/ lobby on the 6th floor, narrow,”railroad” hallways with no daylight, narrow railroad rooms. Our room was not at all as advertised. While trying to appeal modern, it resulted in an atmosphere more akin to a cheap train station motel.

Lovely room with nice furnishings. Air conditioning did not function well. It was unseasonable warm and air conditioning in old building could not keep up. Breakfast offering and bar area were first rate. Nitpicky but for the price the towels were poor quality and not consistent with quality of rooms.

The stay was good. The staff was very warm and courteous. The so called air conditioners (or blowers) are not good enough to cool the room enough during peak summers
