Lovely hotel. They provided a bottle of sparkling wine in our room as a VIP benefit. The view from our room was incredible beyond words. They also have a sauna and steam room which we utilized.

During my trip to Austria, I stayed in Vienna, Graz, Salzburg, Kufstein, and Innsbruck, and aDLERS was by far the best hotel I experienced. The staff, especially Lucas, made me feel like I was at home with my family. The breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy options, and I thoroughly enjoyed it each day. The team members who were present during breakfast were fantastic. I'll definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Innsbruck.

Lovely place to stay, amazing rainfall shower head!! Area around the hotel seemed a little unsafe at times, even in daylight. But that's what happens when you're close to train stations

The hotel is lovely. Great location, very clean and a lovely room with a great view. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar. Again great views. We decided to eat dinner there but the service wasn’t great. We got drinks straight away but then waited 40 minutes to order - we had to ask someone - and then it took over 1/2 hour for the food to come. It was a shame but I think we were just unlucky. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Not much nearby... A few kebab places 1 local restaurant. 12 min walk to pedestrian friendly areas, tourist shops, grocery stores. Did I mention the staff was wonderful?
