When I arrived, although I had reserved a room with a king size bed, the staff tried to give me a room with a smaller bed. The property was doing construction, and it was pretty messy in the parking lot. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was great, room and breakfast area were very clean. Property was in a state of remodeling, construction materials everywhere. Construction workers moving noisily early in the a.m. Don't think I'll return till all work is done.

Especially nice for the low price!
We just needed a place to sleep as a halfway point on our road trip. This hotel was convenient, clean, friendly, affordable, and even offered a decent free breakfast. If I ever need to stop in Indio again, I would choose to stay here.

The proper was clean and easy check in. Their fitness room was closed. It didn’t say anything about that when booking. Depending on my trip, I choose to stay at certain places for their fitness room and breakfast. Their breakfast was basic. Which was okay. They had eggs and sausage that taste like it came from a tv dinner. The actual room was spacious and clean and very comfortable.
