Went to the Wyndham property in Indianapolis near the airport and was pleasantly surprised at the property. It was clean, staff was very friendly (John P.), allowed us to check in about 15 minutes early and get settled. It had a Starbucks which was a plus! I would definitely recommend it.

Staff at check in was superb. Jeremy was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. He even helped us book parking, multiple times, and each time with a smile. Room was clean, well kept and comfortable. Only critique would be the room was so large and could have used a chair or table. Had a desk and chair but not really for 2.

The hotel is not what it looks like in the pics. Very disappointed, the room was dirty and the toilet was broken and the shower was backed up. There was dirty toilet paper behind the door so the room was not cleaned. We left and stayed elsewhere

Unfriendly staff when checking in. Asked about the airport shuttle when checking in and was told we dont need on a list. Our flight took off this morning early we checked out of the hotel and the driver was yelling at us that we were not on the list and was trying to say he couldnt take us.
