Personnel at the front desk, complaining about other employees in front of us, they didn't even stop to to take care of us, the place is not clean and there was a dog barking until midnight. Not a good place to stay if you want to rest. Will never stay there again.

Our stay was good except for the smell of smoke in our room when we checked in & the dirty shower. Thankfully we were only there to sleep after a late concert so we made do. Overall it was good and we would stay again

We Checked in and there was trash in our room, a moldy ice bucket lid and the ice machine had mold/algie in the tray. We didn't chance the breakfast because of the conditions. Went to see if they had a sewing kit, most hotels have small ones in the room. They had one but charged me $1 for what most hotels would give you for free.

Very surprising in a good way. It was the cheapest hotel on hotels.com for that weekend. But the room was very large, very new, very comfortable. The service was excellent. The TV was not working. They were very prompt and it did take 2 people to fix the issue but they did fix it. Friendly staff. Loved the stay. Will definitely stay there each time I go to Indianapolis.
