I reserved a room at this hotel almost a year prior to my arrival and received a proper confirmation of the booking. Five days prior to my arrival, I called the hotel to confirm the details of my upcoming visit. During our call they said they were completely booked, but when I gave them my name and reservation confirmation, they said my reservation was all set. When I then arrived to the hotel for my trip, they simply said they were sorry and didn’t have any rooms available, despite my reservation. Based on the way they apologized and said that they didn’t know what happened in their system or how they possibly gave our room away, it appeared they felt that was sufficient. I needed to ask why no one from the hotel felt the need to call me before I arrived at their property to notify me. I pointed out that the reminder email I received 4 days prior stated that IF I needed to cancel my reservation, that I had until the day before my arrival for free cancellation, so they knew I would be paying for my room whether or not I showed up, since I had not cancelled the reservation. After all of that, the hotel also didn’t understand that a proper solution would be to try to help me, their expected guest, whose room they simply gave away. (They shared with me that they had about 10 other guests with reservations that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate either. This was not helping the matter.) I then asked if they could call any nearby hotels to help find a place for me to stay.

Scary and gross.

I travel a lot and don't have high standards, but this hotel was gross and I didn't feel safe. Hallways smelled of smoke and food. Sheets at shoe prints on them. We got blankets from car and put on top of bed. Lock on door was flimsy. Entire front of ac/heat unit was off. One first floor window in a room where they were storing extra stuff was left wide open.

These pictures must have been taken in 1976, and no work has been done since. Hotel smells of weed, wetness, and mold. Staff was friendly, but I kept waiting for Jack Nicholson to show up at the bar.

The hot water did not work for the shower or sink. We later were told that they were working on the hot water system. AC seemed to partially work but did not cool the room. Unit was set to 60*F and maintained temp of 74*F in the room all night. Also, the pool and hot tube were very cloudy and didn’t seem overly sanitary besides the unbelievable amount of chlorine smell.

Property seemed like it just got bought out. Listed as Travelodge but phone number and everything shows up as Ramada. When we checked in we got a room in what seemed a secluded wing of the hotel. The halls smelled musty and smoky even though we were in a non smoking area. As soon as we opened the door and turned on the lights we noticed the room had never been cleaned after the previous check out. Beds were undone with sheets on the floor, towels and trash on the bathroom floor and sink. The front desk rep was able to give us another room that was slightly cleaner but not much better. Everything was very run down. We did not end up staying on the property since we had our young children with us. Property has potential but needs a lot of work. Would not recommend unless it was remodeled.

Worst hotel. Just dont.

Do not, and I repeat, do NOT stay here. This is the biggest crap hole hotel I have ever stayed in. If you want to feel safe and clean, do not stay here. If you are a big intimidating looking tough person that just needs a sketchy bed to stay in for $70+, then you may be fine, but even my 6 foot tall boyfriend was a little worried and that takes a lot. I am not racist. Not at all. But this is not a white person place. I constantly felt like we had to watch and be alert every second. There was frequently tape on the cameras at doors, sketchy men waiting in the parking lots for someone to go out or in a door and go in with you or ask you to use your card to let them in (HUGE red flag so use the front door), stragglers walking the halls over and over, and funny looks and weird treatment when you went to the bar restaurant. The place is run by very nice Indian people so you would not expect this at all, but I think they kind of just turn and look away. The rooms are filthy and uncomfortable. I've stayed in some pretty cheap places before but this one takes the cake for feeling like Im going to go home with some sort of bug or disease. The first room I got was #249 and the hall and room reeked like smoke even if its a non-smoking hotel. Changed to room #110 and it was better but there was kids toys under the table so clearly it wasnt cleaned much. The bed was hard and loud. Kids loud at pool. No bugs but just overall gross vibe. Wish I could type more. Overall, just dont do it.
