Booked this hotel for a one night stay and they immediately charged me without even getting to see the room, walked in looked relatively clean however when i layed down in the bed, maybe 20 mins in i started getting itchy out of nowhere through out my entire body, not only itching but at some points it would sting, i asked the guy at the front desk all he said is he doesnt know, asked for a refund, he said ge cant do that. Imagine getting charged for a room and you didnt even get to see it, absolutely a terrible experience.

The front was royal inn in the back with studio hotel and everything was as advertised, no utensils for the kitchenette, so bring your own and good value for the price
