In town for a concert & stayed two nights. Proximity to Lucas Oil was fantastic! Pool and hot tub great. Room, bed comfort, bath...all wonderful! Only issue was upon returning from the concert, one elevator was acting up so massive wair for the one lift. We were on the 8th floor so walking up was less than desirable. Dd needed to use the restroom. Lobby restrooms were locked. When asked if she could use it while we waited on the elevator we were told no. Not the hospitality I would expect as a guest. Seriously otherwise a great stay but that lack of hospitality did really leave a sour taste.

Location was great for a Lucas oil stadium event but there's limited dining within a short walk. There was cigarette smoke smell that lingered in our room which was was extraordinary and incredibly interesting since it was supposed to be smoke-free. Pretty sure it was attached to the shower curtain in the bathroom where there wasn't an exhaust fan. What I am unsure of is why said curtain wasn't washed and why housekeeping didn't notice the repulsive, overwhelming smell and do something to resolve it. Suite layout was excellent for traveling with people. Breakfast was well done. I just can't get over the smell of the room.

Hotel is nice, rooms were spacious. Parking is limited so you may have to park down the street which is inconvenient. There was a half naked man in the parking lot which we could see from our window.

The hotel itself is “fine” for the price. It’s a 15 minute walk to downtown restaurants, so not bad. The carpet in my room was damaged, the small indoor pool and hot tub were clean. My biggest issue was that someone’s dog, I hope it was a dog, urinated in the elevator in the middle of the day. I attempted to call the front desk many times and no one answered, so I went back down to the lobby, in the toilet elevator, to report the issue. The person behind the desk seemed “inconvenienced” by my bringing it to her attention. About 8 hours later, I had to go downstairs to pick up a pizza and it was still there and now spread everywhere by the people who didn’t see it and stood in it. Lovely. All told, I enjoyed at least 8 rides to the top floor and back in that disgusting and unfathomably slow elevator.

The availability of quality dining for a hotel located right next to a gigantic stadium was literally the worst I’ve ever seen. Seedy bars overrun this neighborhood, and I would not ever feel safe bringing my family here. The service at the hotel and everywhere in the surrounding area was also truly awful. No attempt at customer service was made, even after the hotel fire alarm woke everyone up at 1am because some drunk idiot fell asleep while making a pizza. There were several moments I was literally afraid for my life at this hotel, and everyone acted as if this were very normal for this neighborhood. I will not be using this hotel again

Perfect stay
Everything about this day was perfect. We were across from Lucas oil stadium. We were able to walk all over town where we wanted to go. It was very close to the Riverwalk, which we enjoyed. The hot tub was amazing. The pool was wonderful as well set up was perfect!
