Quiet and nice.
Very friendly staff. Nikki at front desk was amazing at check-in. Everything was clean. Breakfast was hot a and lovely as well. Close to IU medical and Riley's children's hospital. Quiet place to rest for families here with sick family in nearby hospitals.

We stay for 4 nights… first night walk into our room with out knocking, had to ask for conditioner, 2nd night after they cleaned it had to ask for more conditioner and towels, 3 day more toilet paper. Nice hotel but service of the room not so much. Breakfast during the week was very week and breakfast on weekend was good but to late for us who had to be someone where by 8

The hotel is nice and clean. The area is not walkable. Everything in the greater Indianpolis area is designed around the car.

Room smelled. Couch was disgusting. I do t think the hotel is very old, but has a run-down feel to it. Plenty of similarly priced totals in the area, I would recommend staying elsewhere
