I accidentally left a couple of shirts in my room when I checked out. I received an email notification and arranged to pick up my clothes during my next visit, and for that I was very appreciative!

Extra blankets appeared to have something crusty on them. The pull out mattress was disgusting. When we talked to the front desk they were very quick to help get new blankets and apologized profusely. They were very kind. The tub and toilet seemed old and stained.

This is an older building and rooms are not updated. Can hear the highway and a lot of noises in the hotel. No hot water, room very musty and little lighting. Front desk staff was very polite. Area is safe.

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites and had a great experience overall! The hotel is consistently nice and clean, which is always a top priority for me. It’s also very kid-friendly, making it a great choice for families. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—absolutely delicious! I made sure to wake up early every morning just to grab some food. The kids also loved the pool, though the chlorine was quite strong. It left our eyes burning a bit, and unfortunately, my toddler ended up with pink eye. Hopefully, that’s something the hotel can address because everything else was perfect. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, which made it even more enjoyable. While the market items are a bit pricey, it’s not a dealbreaker given the overall quality of the experience. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel with great service and amenities, SpringHill Suites is a fantastic option—just be mindful of the pool’s chlorine levels.
