This is my favorite place In Indianapolis. The mall is connected to the hotel, it’s beautiful, and the food is not to bad. This place offers room service, polite and accommodating staff, and it’s located in a nice area.

The only thing going for this hotel is the location. I’m not sure when the last time the hallways were vacuumed. Our room wasn’t vacuumed and when I tried to call down to the front desk, neither of the phones worked. When I told them they said they just got new phones and must not have been programmed. Someone came right away to vacuum. The room had been updated but still felt old.
