Convenient location and great customer service. The only thing I didn’t like was that for our room in the 9th floor you can hear everything that was happening in the street, including the church bells.

The hotel was really nice. The only thing I didn’t like was parking. If you don’t want to pay for valet you have to walk down the street to the public parking garage. Staff were very nice. There is no microwave in the room though and if you want to use one you have to pay. With the price of this hotel there should at least be 1 microwave on each floor that you shouldn’t have to pay for.
