Excellent Service

The staff is so excellent and helpful if.....if....they fall short in other areas the staff totally makes up for it....My son an I stayed here while my house was being finished...totally recommend this establishment to anyone coming to Indianapolis....thank you Motel 6

The room had roaches in it and the guests that were in the rooms close to my room were very noisy and it was difficult for me to get some sleep. I stayed at the hotel because I had a business meeting with my company and had to get up early in the morning.

The motel was ok. I forgot to check to see if there was a fridge in the room and that’s on me. They offered to switch me rooms but I declined as I didn’t want to move. The floor wasn’t the cleanest, there was definitely crumbs and dirt on the floor. The tv wouldn’t connect to Netflix and it wouldn’t let my device connect either. The area was good and right next food options and close to the freeway.

Good place to stay for a nights sleep for me. Front desk staff was nice and friendly. I had no issues with my room and it was renovated! A $60 deposit is required but getting it back was extremely easy. Would come back again to stay in the near future

I guess they are trying but a lot of improvement is needed. The halls are grubby but the room was ok. The back door had no lock and no security. They worked on room above our head all evening making lots of noise. the towels were scratchy and we only got 2. There was no soap, shampoo, etc. no breakfast.

When I woke up this morning to take my shower I turned on the bathroom light and two roach crawling up the bathroom wall behind the toilet. I could hear the people walking around in the room above me. I was surprised to be greeted by a computer to check me in and out of the hotel. Just do not get that personal feeling and welcoming experience not having a physical person in front of you.
