Last Minute Booking -- Jeff Was Great!
I was forced to find a room last minute due to furnace failure. I booked this without much research and but I was extremely happy I picked this property. Jeff at the front desk made a terrible day into a much more bearable evening. He was so welcoming, I thought I was a long lost family member. Property was clean, quiet, and comfy. Slept great. Only small complaint is the loud heater blower motor and the fitness room (which is excellent for a hotel) did not have heat working and was only 50 degrees. Nonetheless, I would recommend this property for anyone visiting Indy.

Not the best experience
Check in was fast and efficient, however I guess communication is not so efficient because when we hauled everything to our room and opened the door, the room was filthy! It had not been cleaned yet! So, then we had to haul everything to a different room on a different floor. You would think after that we would at least get a room with a view or patio. No we got a room which looked like it led to an alley. Not good. The staff was nice enough to give us free breakfast. However, we didn't even eat breakfast 😒.

Outdated, drabby, dirty and smelly too. The elevator was filthy and there was food on the carpet that stayed there the whole time we were guests. Our guest room had no functioning heat, a broken fridge, and a TV that didn't work for the most part. Also, no sound buffer. I was awoken each morning by listening to the guest above me urinate into their toilet.. gross! Overall just not a nice place. Stay somewhere else.

I adore the staff at the Marriott; Jeff B was fantastic, offering exceptional service. The dining area team was also impressive. I love my room, and this hotel will be my preferred choice whenever I'm in Indianapolis.

Great hotel
Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly! The rooms had broken bathroom doors though — doors were off the track. Other than that, a wonderful place to stay.
