My wife and I come to Indy every year in September for a Colts game. In the past we have stayed closer to the field bridge arena downtown, but that area is always so loud at night with passing traffic. We decided to check out the Marriott this year and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. It’s a very clean, and nice hotel with a few on site dining options, which we liked. It’s still centrally located, so you can walk to Lucas Oil Stadium or the convention center very easily. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in line was long. No rooms clean at 4 pm. Was almost 5 pm before making to the room. Had to stand in the same long check in line 2 times and check in twice. If room wasn’t clean still give me keys so don’t have to stand in long lines to recheck in.

When I checked into the property I had reserved a king room. They told me they had overbooked and asked if I would take a queen room. I agreed then the desk clerk told me she found a king room. Upon checking in and receiving my digital key I went to the room and opened the door only to find the room full of people's belongings and someone taking a shower. It was an unpleasant situation

Other than the $55 a night parking, all was great. Close to restaurants and sporting events. We were able to walk wherever we needed to go.

Terrible check-in,
The check-in was terrible. The front desk would not book my new reservation and told me to go do it on-line. Also, after extending my reservation on-line with a new reservation number the front desk would not confirm that I could stay in the same room.
