Family nightmare
Rooms were not clean and in need of attention. Ceilings could tell was a serios leak. On the reservation page you could send a message. I did, and requested an infant bed as offered. There was no response as stated there would be so assumed it to be in the room. It was not so we called for them to bring one and was then informed they did not have those. Maybe a rollaway again dont have them. So my 3 year old had to sleep on the very dirty floor that had not been swept. Thus making this a horrible experience.

The check-in was a very easy process but after getting to the room the room was still dirty there was hair in the bathtub we purchased two beds in our room and only got one towel one hand towel one washcloth the toilet did not work I will not return to this location it's like they went in there and didn't made the beds and didn't change the bed sheets or anything overall terrible!!! Breakfast was ok simple items

Typical For what it is
This hotel is typical for what it is. A cheaper hotel. Though it is a decent hotel for the price, it has all the same noticeable things among hotels like it. Some issues in the bathroom are a fan not working, damaged walls, or poor workmanship when constructing the room. There was not a safe in the room. I have even rented one of the extra-spaced suites that didn't have any extra furniture. So no desk/workstation and no lounge chair or couch. only had a bed, nightstand, and TV stand that was it.

Very disappointed hotel canceled my reservation and left my family stranded on Christmas vacation hotels.com refused to use credit from hotel refund and still waiting 7 to 15 days for refund. Older hotel. No ice machine, water or coffee in room. No elevator to 2nd floor. Bathroom was dirty, dried urine on toilet seat. Bathroom door didn’t close. Hinge was broken. Booked room for 4 people had only 2 towels no wash cloths or hand towels. Upon arrival was told $100.00 deposit would be charged to my credit card. This charge was for any damages I may cause, this was also posted at front desk. The charge was actually $149.00. I paid in full when I booked the room. I told clerk when I checked out about issues to make sure my card was credited. When I checked my card for credit saw they had charged $149.00 not $100.00 as stated and posted. Avoid this hotel.

Worst place I have ever stayed
This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. From check-in where the agent was surly and on the phone the entire time and absolutely rude to the dusty room and cold coffee in the morning. It was horrible. We just needed a place to sleep for a couple of hours and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but I would never go back

Disgusting
The room looked like it had been broken into. The lock was broken on the door, the wood was beat up, there were hand prints on the headboard from adult activities, the toilet seat was not connected to the toilet, there was all kinds of trash in the pool area, the breakfast bar did not have utensils in all of the food so people were using their hands, there were mold stains on the ceiling.

The lady at the front desk was very rude for beginners she had a nasty attitude before she even helped us the guy in front of us was given the wrong room his coworker was given a room that was dirty another guy was given the wrong room by mistake that was dirty and then when we finally got up there she was very rude to us the whole time kept giving us attitude and dirty looks and was on her phone let's say it this way she was on her phone more than what she was doing her job. When I had originally called to see about staying there I was told there was no deposit then I get there and I get told oh yeah there is a deposit except she was very rude about it if someone would like to call me at 317-557-6999 I would be more than happy to tell whoever what happened honestly I feel I deserve a whole refund the whole state was terrible and that's putting it nicely at best
