This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. From check-in where the agent was surly and on the phone the entire time and absolutely rude to the dusty room and cold coffee in the morning. It was horrible. We just needed a place to sleep for a couple of hours and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but I would never go back
The room looked like it had been broken into. The lock was broken on the door, the wood was beat up, there were hand prints on the headboard from adult activities, the toilet seat was not connected to the toilet, there was all kinds of trash in the pool area, the breakfast bar did not have utensils in all of the food so people were using their hands, there were mold stains on the ceiling.

The lady at the front desk was very rude for beginners she had a nasty attitude before she even helped us the guy in front of us was given the wrong room his coworker was given a room that was dirty another guy was given the wrong room by mistake that was dirty and then when we finally got up there she was very rude to us the whole time kept giving us attitude and dirty looks and was on her phone let's say it this way she was on her phone more than what she was doing her job. When I had originally called to see about staying there I was told there was no deposit then I get there and I get told oh yeah there is a deposit except she was very rude about it if someone would like to call me at 317-557-6999 I would be more than happy to tell whoever what happened honestly I feel I deserve a whole refund the whole state was terrible and that's putting it nicely at best
Hotel was recently renovated but still looked with down and battered. Pool area looked to be abandoned for many years and the room and a weird smell to it.
The beds were comfortable and the room was adequate. The bathroom was dirty (soap residue, mold, bathtub visibly dirty not just stained). Would benefit from a coffee maker in room. Did have microwave and fridge. Staff on check in was unfriendly but quick.
This property is in desperate need of a renovation. It is outdated, smelled like smoke, urine, and smelly feet; and looks rough: broken air vent was falling off the wall, scratched up paint on doors, caulking around tiles was grimy. The sheets had yellow stains and cigarette burn holes. Didn’t use the shower because it was so unappealing. Afterwards I discovered that it was built in 1983 and the last time it was renovated was 2001, although the window coverings looked to be original. The staff was nice.

We’re able to check in 45 min early. Room was missing chair and did not have any hand towels in room. Bed was comfortable and had standard breakfast.
This was by far the most unkept, unclean hotel I have ever attempted to stay in. It was dark and old, we had dirty towels, dirty comforters, dirty carpet. And this was in 2 separate rooms. We will be contacting anyone we can to get a refund for the 2 nights we never stayed.

Just a heads up that you will be charged $100 deposit when you get there for incidentals. This was told to me ahead of time. Our room was ok, but the shower had hair in, im not sure if it was cleaned. Yhe fridge wasnt plugged in or cold. The remote from tv wouldnt work. I wouldn't recommend.
I had 4 rooms. Not 1 of them was clean. Vacuuming hadn't been done, non human hair along baseboard in the bathroom in multiple rooms, dust on top of alarm clock, and human hair found on top of pillows. Some outlets were missing covers. The bathroom faucet was loose and spun 90 degrees. Closet doors were broke and would not close and latch. The bottom of the tub was chipped. Vending machines was plugged in and not working. The outside door to get into the hallway would not lock so other non-travellers could enter. Basically it needs to be closed and totally renovated.
