A mess from start to finish.

What a mess! The property itself is nice but poorly managed. We got there and the bathroom was a mess. No big deal, except it was a foreshadowing of more to come. The room appeared clean at first but the one lamp on the nightstand didn't work. Then I went in the bathroom and the tub was dirty with hair in it. We contacted the front desk and only one person was working. He offered another room across the hall but it wasn't much better. We'd been driving all day and we're tired. We asked for cleaning supplies and the front desk clerk came with a spray bottle and a toilet brush???? I cleaned the tub myself and told him that brush doesn't go anywhere but the toilet. There were other things, but the finale of the catastrophe was breakfast with the same poor guy trying to run the breakfast buffet and the front desk and something caught fire in the kitchen and the fire alarms went off. No joke. I've got video.

The beds are so soft! I Have booked several times in the past few years. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and Ms. Jodi is no longer there. 😫 I may try a different place next time just to change things up a bit.

There seemed to be only two front desk workers 24 hours a day. The pool was shut down indefinately, puddle dripping into the lobby from some leak. Our first room was never cleaned but they were willing to switch it for us. Breakfast was bland - only original oatmeal, plain bagel, Cheerios, plan waffles, eggs and sausage options. No forks one morning and the juice was all water. I think the workers were trying their best and were helpful when not trying to put out other fires.

The staff here are exceptional. Very friendly and competent. The room was very comfortable and clean however laid out a little strange. We were on the 3rd floor and it felt as if the majority of guests were smoking weed. I thought I had a contact high going from the elevator to our room. Breakfast had plenty of options, but it was strange that the weekend hours were 6A-9A. Other hotel chains that I frequent extend their hours on the weekend to serve until 10A. There was plenty of parking with the hotel filled up. Mixed bag review, but I would stay here again, I just wish that they would hire security to walk the halls and stop the people that are smoking weed.

We came into town for an event at the fairgrounds and choose sleep inn for our stay we only used the breakfast one morning it was ok…. The ice maker on 4th floor was not working which was a bummer since our room was super close. Was kinda freaked out when I turned the bed down for th night and the sheets were super wrinkled!!!!! But smelled clean …just never stayed at hotel where bed sheets looked like that…was a decent stay. Parking lot had some very icy areas from being shaded from sun light…maybe need some salt …

Room was very dirty. We found dry blood stains on our bedsheets and the comforter was yellow with a bad odor. All towels are dirty, toilet didnt flush. There was no hot water when we tried to shower. Absolute worst experience i rather spend a little more and get a clean space then settle for a hotel like this again.
