Fishers Hyatt Place is a Great choice

first time staying at this beautiful property in Fishers located in a great mixed use development that had apts.,townhouses, lounges, restaurants and other eateries, wine bar, and top golf across the street.Ms.Metcalf ,who was wonderful, checked me in. The king room was decorated nicely, had a large l shaped sofa lounge area separate from the bed. Large tv,very responsive climate control, comfortable bed, very efficient room darkening shaded. Bathroom was nice with a nice glass door walk in shower. Hot water came quickly and was plentiful. Water pressure was good but not excellent. The whole place was very clean and had a wonderful scent everywhere. Lobby is very large with seating. There is a nice bar, a very nice gentleman named Will was tending the night I stayed. Another great bonus is hot food which you can order. The variety was good as it was more than " bar food". I had a tasty grilled chicken with grilled pineapple, coconut rice and broccoi for a reasonable price. However, as mentioned, you could go to one of the many other eateries that are just outside across from the hotel. lots of free parking. A very nice complimentary breakfast is served from 6:30 ,until.10 am. I would stay here again without hesitation. It was a very great deal.for the price.. I did not see if there was a pool or gym

We stayed here because of the proximity to Fishers event center. We were able to easily walk to the venue for the concert which made out night even more enjoyable. When we returned to the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff and a very clean facility. The rooms are modern and nice and quiet. We had a wonderful stay

Nice Hotel… Poor Service and Management

The hotel is in a great location and was clean but customer service and management was extremely lacking. Requested an early check in at the time of booking a month prior to our stay, but we ended up arriving at 3pm . We were advised our room was not ready and it would be 15-20 minutes and we would receive a text. Checked back at 3:30, room was still not ready. Checked by at 3:56, room still was not ready (several others also were waiting for rooms). Front desk advised that there was an issue with housekeeping cleaning rooms and that no one was able to reach them via phone and calls were not being returned (unsure if anyone actually took initiative to get on an elevator to try and resolve the issue). We were offered a queen room (we reserved a King) without any discount or compensation (because we “already received a significantly discounted rate because we did not book through the hotel”. We had dinner reservations at 5 so we were left with no choice other than to accept the room other than what we reserved. Upon arriving on our floor, there were several King rooms that had just been cleaned. We went back down to the front desk to inquire and were told the rooms weren’t ready as they had to be “inspected”. In frustrating situations like these, customer service and communication goes a long way. The front desk’s behavior, demeanor, lack of communication, and unwillingness to help, for an issue that was 100% their fault, was completely unacceptable.

Staff made bad booking decision 2nd worse stay evr

Have issue with the hotel staff booking large groups of sports or weddings on all floors of the hotel. Subjecting the whole hotel to their antics. Hotel allowed this team of 13 yr old hockey players to run around up and down the halls, slamming doors, ding dong ditching, laughing loudly and jumping on and off the elevators chasing each other. All unattended and unsupervised for hours. One parent final appeared and then verbally harassed another patron of the hotel when they expressed being upset with the level of disrespect this team was showing. The said mother stated that she just got here and was going to handle it. Just got there! Why is the hotel allowing this kids to be unsupervised in their hotel rooms. Worse part is that the mother scolded the boys then went right back down stairs to the bar. The kids immediately started up the second she left for another 45 mins. It now being Midnight. Turns out all the parents were down at the hotel bar enjoying themselves while never checking on what their children were up to. I understand that the hotel aren’t these kids parents but they are suppose to be suppling a service to all of the patrons not just this team. I feel they should have found their parents and insisted that they tend to their kids out of respect for everyone else. Also booking people with a large group of teens kids they aren’t traveling with is boarder line abuse. I didn’t sign up for a 13 yr olds laser tag style birthday party after a long day.
