It was an amazing hotel right across from Gainbridge. We loved it and loved the area around it. Great restaurants and bars, very walkable. Workout room was top notch as well

Very Disappointed !!

Our view was the brick wall of another building. They charged me $50 for a late check out and an extra $52 for parking. I definitely will not stay in this facility again. We were there for the Big Ten Conference Championship games. Our granddaughter plays for Ohio State Buckeyes. Disappointed Howard McMahon

They did not have lotion in room and the windows and mirrors were dirty , everything else was clean and it is in perfect spot for anything in downtown. Never really interacted to much with staff besides to figure out how to get car. Really needs a new system for that, mostly if you pay with room. Parking is way over priced for someone paying to stay there, you think would get a discount . We travel a lot and there $58. Is most we ever paid for parking .

Convenient hotel to all amenities

So this hotel is right across the street from the venue we were going to be going to all weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Hotel is always clean. We generally try to stay at this hotel when we need an overnight stay.
