This was a very nice clean room. The room was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. The fancy shell folding of washcloths and the rose in the bathroom was a very nice touch. The young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here in the future.

When we checked in they gave us a room that was currently occupied by someone else. It than took them 30 minutes to figure out their issue and assign us another room

Friendly staff and super clean and maintained property. The pool was unavailable but they told us we can use Hampton Inn's pool nearby. While we didn't use the pool, we appreciate they provided a solution. Breakfast was also great. Wonderful stay overall!

Really liked how quiet the location was at night. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable! Our room had 2 AC units and a ceiling fan…my wife froze and I slept like a baby! Would stay here again!

It really wasn't in a location that was that great. everything was like 15 minutes away. I also booked it on here for 166 total for fees and everything, but I paid $195, my friend got the same room and hers was $203. same amount of people, same room, same floor. There were no towels in the pool area and there were about 30 teenage girls screaming nonstop while in the pool. I don't mind children having fun, but the screaming like they were being murdered in the pool was awful. you couldn't even be in there. The breakfast was ok. your standard hotel breakfast. waffles, eggs, fruits, yogurt, ceral and drinks.

My room had black mold (quite a bit) on the wall. I didn’t notice until after I stayed one night unfortunately, the staff was very kind and helpful when I brought it to their attention. I wouldn’t risk staying at that hotel again though. My daughter and I were both sick while we were there (headaches, cough, etc) because of the mold. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Not the Homewood Experience I’ve had in the past.
I wasn’t told when breakfast was, No information in the room to guide for the amenities of the location. During breakfast someone in the kitchen (staff) was sobbing right next to the buffet and half the hot food was burnt. 2 times the checkin desk said they would help and confirm request. The first agent didn’t follow through as promised. The second followed through with the request but not notification / contacting me of the status like we planned. I had to go searching for a privacy door hanger. The phone in the room didn’t work. The check out clerk was friendly, very nice and easy. Echo friendly is one thing but some of the light bulbs weren’t working and would flash if I tried to use the overhead light. All of these things are surprising as I have stayed at other Homewood locations when traveling in other states and this was not close to what we have experienced in the past.
