Room for improvement

We arrived late at night. Our requested upper room had all odor, so they had already moved us to a ground floor. No coffee or tea for the am. The 2nd day, neither key worked. We had coffee & tea, but no cups for our early morning departure.

Good Stay

It was a very good stay. The only concern we had was the tub/shower; it is a true safety hazard. Because of the soft water (which was appreciated), the tub was very slippery. Glad we are not any older or feebler or it could have been a problem. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel.

We had no hot water in the shower. We had it in the sink but not in shower. The GFI outlet next to the sink did not work. The shower stall, soap dish was not clean. The front desk was absent when we wanted to check in, took them 8-10 minutes to come to the desk. The front desk told us this morning that the manager would have to contact Expedia for any credit for not being able to take a shower this morning. I doubt I will hear anything from him or Expedia. Buyer beware booking through a 3rd party. It might save you money but there is no recourse for any issues you have during your stay. Very disappointed.

Awesome Choice! Clean & Modern with Friendly Staff

My husband and I booked the double queen suite with sofa bed for ourselves and our 4 kids (ages 11, 10, 5 & 1). We had an excellent experience! The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed which is very rare! The room, bedding and towels were clean. The room was also spacious enough for our kids to roam around and play a bit before bed! The service was great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests for extra bedding, pillows and towels (we have a big family!). The free full breakfast was pretty good. There was something to make for each of my kids, which is a huge plus! We would definitely book again!
