Everything was absolutely great! I only had one issue. I booked it through Expedia and paid in full. When I got to the hotel, the hotel charged my card the full amount of the booking for a 2nd time. I spoke with the front desk and at first they told no incidental or any hold was placed on my card. After doing some digging, it was found and they issued refund which was an inconvenience because it took days to go back into my account. Other than that it was great!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We really enjoyed the resturant M&S. It was the best meal we had on our trip! The only downside was the pool. It was freezing cold. Our toddler was so excited to swim but we had a hard time enjoying it because it was so cold.

It was very convenient for downtown. What was puzzling was that I reported banging in the water pipes for the shower. Maybe trapped air. However, I was asked if I'd like engineers to have a look at it. It's their hotel. Don't they want it fixed? Also, during odd times throughout the day hot water came out of both hot and cold taps in the bathroom. This was also reported.
