The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioner was extremely loud and when selecting a warmer temperature the air unit would switch from AC to heat and the room would fill with a burning smell.

Great hotel!
The beds are slightly hard, but still comfortable. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was very good!! We also appreciated being able to do a load of laundry for free (post DCI-tour) without having to go find a laundromat. Thank you!

Stayed here due to a very early AM flight out of IND. The airport shuttle may be free but this hotel is NOT a “park and ride” hotel if booked via a 3rd party. We were not aware of this so we were disappointed to learn we did not have that option as expected. Hotel was clean and comfortable for what we needed.

Loved this hotel. Was very clean, not far off of the interstate and the service was wonderful! Definitely would stay here again. The bed was very comfortable and did not have one single issue during our stay! Breakfast was also good
