Really nice but no extra blankets

When I try to call downstairs to the front desk the only thing I would get is a busy signal. I went down to the front desk to ask for a blanket and sheets for the pull out bed. I was given no blanket only sheets and was told i had a blanket. It took my husband going down to get a blanket. He was told all blankets were in the laundry to be washed but he was able to locate the last one

Hamptom inn by Hilton will never be my first choic

Worst hotel stay ever, hotel had double beds not even queens and the beds squeaked all night long and were the most uncomfortable beds ever. The ceiling was falling down in the window and all moldy, we couldn’t call the front desk, nobody in the hotel could even press 0, we wanted a cot and couldn’t get one. We had 3 towels for 4 people, the bathroom floor was absolutely disgusting, and there was no counter space or drawers whatsoever. We were all night long just an overall horrible experience and have never had to sleep in double beds. There was one guy working and he was swamped the entire night. I want reimbursed for this stay! My son has a baseball tournament and he didn’t sleep at all due to beds squeaking all night and teenagers banging on doors and running down the halls until 11pm. we won’t be choosing Hampton again.
