Unfortunately the facility was undergoing renovations at the time we stayed 2/28-3/1. There was a diry towel left hanging on the bathroom door hook with apparent stains. There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathrooms. There was a half inch gap between the door and the frame of ours and our co-travelers doors to our rooms. The bolt lock wouldn't latch due to it being off centered. Maintenance did come and correct that issue on both doors. While the breakfast was tasty it was cut way short and the supply was limited with the attendant refusing to cater. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot and refreshing.

Despite being under renovation, inside the hotel was clean and orderly. The hotel is close to the interstate and other busy roads, but traffic noise was acceptable. The room was excellent, with nice fixtures and the largest television I have ever seen in a hotel room. An added benefit was the restaurant next door where I had one of the best meals in recent memory.

I appreciated the cleanliness without smelling any cleaning products. I appreciated the low waste effort to provide shampoo etc. (no small bottles). I appreciated the paper plates at breakfast instead of styrofoam or plastic.

Room was fine but no free wifi and sad breakfast

Room was fine and staff was great. No free wifi at a hotel is really annoying and kind of a big deal when trying to work. It was trying to make me sign up for Hilton Honors again. Just FYI, I used to LOVE Hilton Honors and booked all hotels through the app and only stayed at their hotels. Then once I had some friends stay at the same hotel on the same night and they told me their rate and it was way lower. I contacted Hilton, thinking their loyal Honors people should be getting the same rate and they did nothing for me. So don't ever book directly through the hilton app! Anyway, back to this stay, the staff was great, and the room was fine. The breakfast was the worst free breakfast I've seen. The fruit was literally canned fruit cocktail if that tells you anything. Location was good for us.

Indianapolis stay

They had 4 people at the check in but only person could check me in but I had to wait 20 minutes while she was on the phone. I don’t know what the other workers were doing. The building is old. Most the gym equipment didn’t work and the fire extinguishers were missing. The pool was cold. They would not even give me waters after an 8 hour drive. The front clerk refused to check me in early. The breakfast was horrible and cold.
