The staff aren't on the same page. One Will charge you one price and another will charge you another price. They never have clean folded towels and had I not already paid and moved my stuff in I would have left already at just over $500 a week they should at least make sure I have clean towels. I don't even care if they're folded. Then the coffee they offer in the morning is almost straight water. You can see through it to the bottom of the cup. I figured at $500 a week for one room they could at least make coffee correctly! I'm not complaining I'm speaking truth

Sooooo disappointed
No grab and go breakfast items were available except for oatmeal, the smell of marijuana halfway through the hallway, the smell of a dead rodent at the end of the hallway, the sink drain in the kitchenette is disgusting, other people who were checking in were waiting for long periods for rooms to be cleaned, I had to get my keys re-swiped every day, there were footprints and dust on the laminate flooring, disgusting stained sheets, no cover on the boxspring, trash piled up outside the side door, the side door was broken and it would never lock for security reasons, massive amount of dust hanging in the bathroom vent, baseboards in the room are falling apart, furniture is falling apart, there was only a small partial roll of toilet paper in my room when I checked in, and it took two days to get some, the toilet runs a lot of the time, the mirror is placed over one of the beds and you cannot even use it, hardly any staff around this entire trip it seemed, and rumors that some staff got frustrated and quit that weekend!

Property was not well maintained. First room had mold growing on the chair and nightstand. Second room had stained, torn pillowcases and beat up furniture, filthy, ratty carpet. Half the lights in the room didn’t work and the refrigerator was running very loud. Hotel had a strange odor, elevator was dirty, and the trash room was full. The outdoor grounds were littered with trash. Hotel advertised breakfast, but it was just a coffee station and a few packaged muffins. Check in staff was welcoming and accommodating, check out staff was inattentive and dismissive.

The room was visible dirty and damaged when we entered. Trash on the floor and in the trashcans, the smoke detector dangling from the ceiling, and phone didn't work. The kitchen area had no dishes, pots, pans, no coffee maker, no toaster, etc. There was a placard saying to ask at the front desk for items, which we did, but all they had was 2 bowls, 2 forks, 2 spoons and 2 plates. We couldn't get pots, a toaster or knives all weekend, and the ability to cook was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Terrible check-in experience.
We were never able to make our stay. We were repeatedly told that we could not check in because the room was not ready all the way up to 9:30 in the evening. We were told all the cleaning staff had quit and we could continue to wait for our room. There was a big convention in town and there were almost no other rooms. We eventually found a place out of town at 10PM.

Only stay here if you’re desperate
The pictures are deceiving. This place is so outdated, smells bad in both the room and common area, the “grab and go breakfast” was literally just coffee and if you asked the attendant for a bowl you could make oatmeal (that’s not grab and go) and there is no seating if you do want to make oatmeal). My room had someone’s half used bar of soap in it. There are no restaurants within walking distance.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Door keys stopped working after opening the door twice (got new keys four times). Telephone didn't work. Staff never rectified any issues and after I asked the next day they said most of the rooms had same problem. Thin sheets- no comforter or blanket. Housekeeping never came any day during my three night stay. Elevator was old and had no service tag. Free breakfast was just weak coffee and nutrigrain bars (and oatmeal packets). Only good thing was it is cheap

Just Don’t Do It!
First off, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Just don’t do it. The room was a wreck. The hot water ran out of the spigot continuously, a light, steady stream, it made the bathroom feel like a sauna. The smoke alarm kept chirping, and I had to remove the battery. The carpet was a complete disaster, full of stains, and the toilet seat was loose to the point I could not tighten it up. The kitchen sink in the suite seem to be dirty, and all the towels were thin and thread bare. On top of all this, the system checked me out a day before I was supposed to check out. No one had any idea why, and it was somewhat of a project to get me checked back in. The place is full of people that look like they’re homeless, as well as people that look like they could be from other countries that possibly crossed the border and are being housed at government expense. People generally hang around outside, sitting around, not doing anything except smoking cigarettes, loitering, and being loud. There also seem to be people raising cane all night long in the other rooms. Not really an environment I want to stay in. I stayed at this place several times in the past and have been happy. But it seems in the past couple of years it really is going downhill. I talked to some of the staff and they said the management just does not care. It really shows in how this place is kept these days. Just a disaster. Like I said, don’t stay here. Just don’t do it!

Not clean!!! Had to leave.
With the price being as low as it was I did expect a basic outdated room. My expectations were not very high. However it’s just plain gross and ghetto. The first room we were given had stains and bug remnants on the bedding and a bath faucet with a steady drizzle and multiple stains in the unclean looking carpet. We were immediately given another room while it was better there were still similar issues and the entire place smelt musty and mildewy. I had to book a room at a different hotel for our stay. The front counter person was disappointed and professional in helping with the cancellation.

This is a sad hotel with minimal staff. The people are pleasant enough but can't do all that needs to be done. Several times during my stay there was a sign at the front desk with a cell phone # to call if you needed help, because the manager was upstairs cleaning rooms. Rooms are clean but depressingly dark. Windows were foggy but that was okay because the view was of the parking lot. For an airport hotel this is not particularly soundproofed. "Breakfast" consisted of coffee and hot water for instant oatmeal. No restaurants or food nearby; I ordered by Uber Eats.

I am sadly surprised at the downfall the Extended Stay America that I know before COVID. This is my first trip after COViD. I used to love the amenities of doing some cooking on my trip. After COVID NO utensils or kitchen stuff are there. I came to front desk and request for some items because they do not have all as before. Many things not working properly like no toilet paper holder, the entry door misaligned causes hard to open and close. The window screen is loose. Phone in the room does not work that I need to go to the front desk when I need something. The grab and go breakfast is ok. Customer service is good even though they receive many complaints from many customers they still kindly response. But they cannot provide service right away with limited maintenance staff. They are kind and calm. Please remove some stress from them by providing maintenance staff to take care of the property. I hope some days Extended America will improve and become my go to hotel again.

The hotel lobby was dirty, the staff attempted to be helpful, but was not at all professional in appearance. I was unable to stay due to it being over booked even after being paid for. The people lingering outside the hotel made me glad I was unable to stay, they also appeared disheveled.
