Worst hotel experience

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I don't plan on returning. The hotel hallways reeked of weed and the hotel room itself was small and dark, so of you're claustrophobic, definitely stay away. The bed was decently comfortable, but the pillows are half sized and the TV hardly worked. Pictures on the listing are outdated and misleading. I know that I stayed over a holiday weekend so I expected to pay more, but I can't believe I spent over $300 for one night of misery.

This hotel was perfect for the overnight stay we needed while traveling through with my daughter. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was ver helpful and friendly.

We came in town for a tournament. Good location. Bed was comfortable. Residue in shower, did not look like it had been cleaned. Room smelled like body odor, which went away after we left the window open for a little while. It rained that evening, so when we were leaving the next morning there were several cigarette butts stuck to my windsheild and car from guests balcony (not the hotels fault but gross)

My stay was good as the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The only issues were the TV remote and finding stations was very difficult to understand and manage. The elevator was slow and could use an upgrade.

Run the other way. It smells very bad, and is dirty and dark. I asked for a refund after arriving, but they said no, and didn’t even bother asking what was wrong or what they could do to help.

The pictures online are not at all accurate. The room we received was in terrible condition. Dirty, smelly, extremely outdated. There was a huge crack in the window. I felt very unsafe and ended up not staying there. I walked into the room at 11:30pm and turned right around and checked out. So bad, I tried to get a refund but the staff wouldn’t reason with me at all.
