Convenient for Medical Trip

Hotel is very convenient to IU Hospitals. We enjoyed the 2 king suite for my brother and I traveling into Indianapolis for testing.

First issue here

This is the first time I have had an issue there but my room reeked of cigarette smoke. All my clothes and luggage smelled like that after. Also only one elevator works with 10+ floors.

One night stay

We stayed one night for a cheer competition. When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk. After about 5 minutes someone showed up and got us checked in quickly. Our room was very spacious and clean for the most part. The flooring could use replacing in some parts of the room though. We did not use any of the amenities, so I cannot comment on them. Overall it was a good over night stay.

I got to hotel at 3:30pm. Was told they didn't have any rooms ready for check in. So I just had a seat in the lobby. Very very small lobby. The other couples walked in while I waited. Since it was a very small lobby I could get the staff talking and around 3:45 they said the rooms are ready. They checked in the other 3 couples before checking me in. Was taken back when they knew I had been there waiting. I wouldn't of thought much of it. I just thought that was rude and unprofessional.

Very Nice Stay

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. We were staying here to visit a friend in the hospital. I was very pleased with the quality of the facility. May be the best value you can find in the area. I highly recommend it for anyone.
