There was lots of hair in the bathroom and on shower walls. NO shower curtain. Sticky spot on floor by room door. Vending machine ate dollars. Took 1 hr to get WIFI password b/c front desk person was missing. TV was not connected to any service, just a black screen. Room key cards were inconsistent at best, kept getting locked out of room. AC was off when we arrived, room was HOT.

Room didn’t smell good, coffee pot in room was broken, long black hair on the stack of clean towels- we are blondes. Tv in our room didn't work. Nothing was done about it. Coffee and juice machines didn't work in the breakfast area. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice but didn't have all of what they needed to do their jobs. Supervisor failed to show up two days in a row.

This was the first time staying at Best Western. The first room that was given to us we had issues with the television not working. The young lady at the registration desk made sure we got another room which was adequate. We will return to this motel when we need accommodations in Indianapolis again.
