Staff are not there after 10. I got there from a party like at 1 AM and a random guy inside the hotel tried to talk to me and asked if he could go to my room. I did not feel safe.

I was a bit disappointed with breakfast. Breakfast was not available at 6am as stated. The staff were still putting out food at 6 and we had to wait to begin. There were 2 large groups staying and it created a large line to get our breakfast. Also, staff were not refilling food as it ran out and we had to ask to have it filled. Once we got our food it was decent tasting.

Everything was good, really clean, super nice cleaning staff. Though the pool area was super dark. A whole bunch of can lights were off, which made the me assume the pool lights weren’t even on to begin with. Went to ask at the front desk and they said that’s how bright it would get cause the lights needed to be replaced by staff. Noticed a second staff went after me to take a look a he said “damn it is real dark in there”… I think that’s a huge safety hazard bc of how dark it’s in there w almost over half can lights off. Someone could be drowning and people won’t be able to tell as easy.

Pros: Professional staffs, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Cons: Need a clear sign at hotel parking entrance from the street. No comments: I did not wait for the breakfast, had to leave early, I have no comments on breakfast.

Hotel itself is easy to access and well laid out. The rooms seem to be very clean with all the standard amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Check-in was a breeze. Shortly after getting to our room, we found that our toilet didn’t flush. Maintenance was gone for the day, but despite being sold out, the front desk employee was able to find us a new room. We had issues with the key cards for the new room, but this employee was there in an instant with new cards for us. He was very accommodating and friendly when helping us with this issue, and we are grateful to have received amazing service from such a stellar employee.

Our stay was average. The service was decent. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Upon entering the hotel, it smelled strongly of marijuana (and that was consistent throughout our stay, each time we entered the lobby area).

This hotel was nice, relatively clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. We had a handicap room even though we did not need or request it, so the shower was difficult to use and not ideal. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
