Indianapolis,IN. Room 228. Right off the elevator. Seems as if they thought I was alone & constantly calling my room throughout the night for no reason. Once my boyfriend answered they didn’t respond, hung up & never called again. Disgustingly, the room had so many ways to come in & SNATCH ME if I was alone. Nothing made sense. Leaving this review because some women are very unaware. & trafficking is real. Do not travel solo, & if you do, please bring something to protect yourself.

Didn't hurt the budget. The lobby and rooms were nice. The breakfast was good. Having never been to Indy before, NW Indy is a little rough. If you like Dollar Tree, there is one on the other side of the parking lot. There were also signs of water damage in the room (bathroom ceiling) and on the first floor hallway. There were kids running the halls until about 930p. No fault of the hotel, but the sound traveled into the rooms well.

Reimburse

I am requesting a full reimbursement. We were there for a family trip, and we utilized the pool twice and both times we were told by the front desk staff that there were no towels that were available after we got out of the pool. So my kids, especially my two year old son was shivering. And on top only that, the entire floor we stayed on smelled of marijuana. It was absolutely terrible. Then we go to breakfast, and I asked if we could get the waffles, and she said they were out of waffle batter. It was an absolute terrrible stay. Please reimburse my stay.
