The property is very outdated and only one elevator that sounds like it’s going to breakdowns any day now. Our 2nd day the water shut off for the whole 3rd floor and we couldn’t get a shower. The staff was nice and it was quiet hotel.

This was the perfect stay for my family when we came to Indianapolis for the Eras Tour. The location was quick/easy off and on the expressway to head into downtown Indy, and the accommodations made our stay comfortable and convenient. Nice breakfast, accommodating staff members, a nice pool for the kids to use, and clean and comfortable rooms. We’d definitely recommend again for a trip like ours.

We stayed during the busiest time in Indy. Taylor Swift concert. It was only a 20 min. drive to the venue. The staff was great and the hotel was great.

Taylor Swift Made Our Room Super Expensive
We were coming through Indianapolis pulling a U-Haul on our way to Tulsa. Did not know that Taylor Swift was in town that weekend so the cost of our hotel room was exorbitant. Talking mid 3’s for a budget hotel with prison-grade lighting in the bathroom. Had it clocked in around where it should’ve been, it would’ve been fine. Decent breakfast setup, dated rooms, so-so bed. But expected for this chain. Just hurts to have paid so much for so little. Brewpub & a pancake house next door & a few fast food places within walking distance. Right off the highway.

This property was great! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel shows a bit of age, but the rooms and common spaces are clean and well cared for. There is a nice restaurant next door with great food. This property is very convenient for accessing downtown Indy.

Not the worst, definitely not the best.
This hotel is very outdated/musty. The windows all have condensation between the panes that make it unable to see through them well. The bathtub floor seemed unstable when showering. Evident patched damage in various areas of the ceiling and walls. Although overall the cleanliness was okay, the strong odor of whatever they use to clean with was almost unbearable. My hair and luggage still smelled like the hotel when we left. It isn't a terrible choice but I personally wouldn't stay there again. Additionally there were many dogs staying there which wouldn't normally bother me, but there was one in the hall barking at midnight for several minutes that woke me up.
