Quiet Place
Was New in town looking for a decent place? I found this place talk to the vet at the front desk who is more than willing to show me about the place. It’s not brand new but it is clean and when you need something done it’s taken care of. I asked the housekeeper if she could clean the shower curtain and she put a new one in for me that was great.

Not great.
Well, not very clean. Bed was very mushy. No sleep. Heater would not shut off blowing very hot air. Had to get up during the nigjt and turn it off and on. Price was reasonable, but should have payed more at another hotel. Lesson learned. Was the only vacancy I could find. Taylor Swift concert in Indy.

Extremely disappointing experience—dirty room, vending machine didn't drop the items properly, damaged/holes in the walls, and lights unplugged from the sockets. Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and it’s clear that just a bit of effort in upkeep and cleanliness would make a world of difference.

Stand out economic and convenient choice
Convenient and easy as could be. Quick interaction for check in and plenty of towels and such in the room. Only complaint was that there was some hair stuck on and behind the faucet from a previous client's stay where they had shaven over the sink but it was a small oversight. The room was clean otherwise and would gladly stay here again! The large fridge and microwave make it a great place to stick around and visit all the farms and festivals in fall because you can keep fruit and food fresh if you want to keep it cold to take home!

A pleasant stay
You get what you pay for… with that being said… Everything was perfect for the price!! Very friendly and helpful. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Great area.

Bed very uncomfortable, although you could tell the floor had been swept walking on it in barefoot it was still dirty. Apparently it is used as an extended stay as well wouldn’t stay again nor recommend. Also a car in the parking lot the Alan went off every 20 minutes or so for hours

The room was dirty. There was trash on the floor, hair in the bathtub and fridge. Dust and dirt on the lamp and AC. The rug by the front door wasn’t vacuumed and the laminate floor was duct taped together. It was gross. I actually left a day early.
