The front desk check in receptionist was very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. I arrived 90 minutes before checkin time and she checked me in and gave me the key to my room. After driving for two hours this was so helpful. Also, my ocean view room was picturesque!

I like the easy access to the Beach. Don't like that our AC did not cool enough, it has an issue, we reported and the maintenance person turned it on and off and cooled for a little while, then it went back to hot. Try to use the pool, and it was more than half a day off. We end up leaving early that we were expecting

Hotel was beautiful, clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Food options were extremely limited, and they were the same no matter where you choose to dine on the property. It is a very friendly and nice beach. There is not much to do outside the hotel itself though unless you want to drive further away. Overall i would stay again for a short getaway.

The internet didn’t work, we couldn’t hook up our firestick so we had like twenty channels to choose from the whole time. The smoke alarm went off in our room every night. We had a roll in shower and they didn’t move us even though they had plenty of normal rooms available

2nd visit to that hotel and both times we needed to wait to check into rooms. This time we got there at 2pm on a Wednesday and we were told it might be a little bit for our room and to check out the pool bar while we waited. It was another 2 hours before it was ready and we had to proactively ask if it was ready. Margarita mix by the pool was awful. Generally there was just a lack of customer care given the price. We won’t stay there again.

The staff were exceptional. This is the third year in a row my husband and I have stayed here for my birthday. It is always my birthday wish to be able to watch the sunrise over the ocean on the morning of my birthday. When I expressed this to Michelle at check in, she went above and beyond to make that happen for me. All the staff we encountered were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The staff was exceptional and the facility clean. There is no television available (local channels) and you must use your own subscriptions. Room service was horrible...poor quality food at a very high price. They make you access their amenities by using a bar code in the TV to your phone. Don't like that either. They try to make you check in electronically so there is no human contact. I won't go back. I want more personal touches for paying that kind of money.

Nice hotel- friendly staff- they didnt tell us up front but they do charge for parking per day. Also, the ac stopped working in our room, got to almost 80 and a tech came and worked on it so we were hot!!!!
