It took hours for room service. They knew we needed bedding for the sofa bed and they didn’t care to come up with the bedding. I waited 45 mins at the front desk with very rude staff. For as much money as they charge.. they should be more polite and accommodating. The staff were very rude. The way they talked and treated all the people that came into contact with them was very alarming. I was very disappointed. Will never stay there again. I would suggest others to stay elsewhere on the beach because this place just was not it!

I booked a ground floor room which had a patio and small grassy area for the kids. Upon checking in I was informed when booked through a third party app(Expedia) they have no control over what they book. No other ground floor room available . The stay was still good but I was disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and housekeeping only comes to the room to change the linen, towels and refills soap. They dont vacuum, they dont clean the bathroom or nothing the hotel is an old property the restaurant menu is the same every night and doesn't have a big selection. Usually I stay at the Crown Hotel way better and same price for a better facility and seevice. They accept dogs every where including the pool. Terrible and I'm a dog lover but there are places that pets shouldn't be .
