A gem of a hotel near the airport.

This place is a gem. Large clean rooms and friendly staff. Lots to do nearby as regards restaurant etc. very close to the airport and they offer a free airport shuttle service. I think this is more than an airport hotel and would gladly spend a few nights there. I recommend this hotel !

Incheon Hotel Airstay is a reasonable option for a short/overnight stay close to the airport. Room and facilities are quite dated, but does the job if you only need a bed and shower. The location is great with many dining options available. The hotel offered airport transfers which is why we chose Hotel Airstay - this worked well, just called the hotel once we were ready at the airport, picked up within 30mins.

Hotel Airstay was very convenient for an overnight stay. Perfect for us as we were flying into Gimpo and out of Incheon, it is located on the train line that runs between these 2 airports. There is plenty of places all within walking distance to eat out. Friendly and helpful staff, the room provided all the amenities i could need.

This property is beautiful and clean, the staff was amazing and very helpful. Plenty to do in the area also with a 24 hour dining option and easy to catch a taxi or uber and the airport shuttle is very very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and the price was amazing. Definitely will revisit.

Good for the price and clean.

This hotel is very good value for money. It isn't that far from the airport, but it also isn't that close and relies on getting to Unseo station. We arrived at around midnight and there was someone on the front desk which is great. The room itself was basic but had what we needed. The bathroom was huge and the hairdryer is super good (not like a normal hotel hairdryer which is a light gust of summer breeze). We asked to leave our suitcases for 2 nights as we were coming back to stay after exploring. We are certain that the suitcases remained in the lobby rather than being taken to a back room which isn't necessarily the safest, so I'd recommend leaving your stuff at a dedicated locker just in case.

No shuttle. Arrived on Sunday called for free shuttle service and they could not tell us where to be picked up. We ended up having to take a taxi and had to pay to get there.

This room was different - shower with no shower curtain, window that wouldn’t close on a noisy street. Only 1 large towel although beds for three. We arrived late at night and didn’t realize until morning when we couldn’t find staff at the desk. The shuttle - we were told to call but unable to call on arrival. We messaged before but got a message back to call on arrival. We finally were able to get information staff at airport to call and then had to wait about 45 minutes. This was totally disappointing lodging and would not recommend.
