Super close to the airport

It was very convenient for me. Close to terminal 2 and there is a large shuttle bus that picks you up lower level door 4A. I had to pay 48 bucks to check in 5 hours early. It was better than sitting in the lobby that long. The front staff spoke good English. The Bidet toilet was top notch! The bed was a little small and I couldn't seem to get the air-conditioning below 71 degrees. The bedding and pillows where clean and comfortable. Other than that, I would definitely consider staying there again when passing through Seoul.

Great night but be aware that this nice property is Terminal 2 which is a distance from the international terminal we used.

Overall I liked this hotel. One bus ride from ICN (I arrived from terminal 2) to the hotel is around a 5 minute ride. I’m a platinum member on Expedia so they gave me a 2 drink free package. No room upgrade tho, overall room was good but not comfortable for me (I’m 6’7” sleeping on a double bed). They have a 24/7 shopping mart for any things you need extra or something you forgot to bring, A bar in the middle of the lobby and then a restaurant that cost $19.77 USD as its Buffet style. Cost goes up by dinner time. The shuttle is outside the doors to the right, or exactly where you get dropped off. They also have an area where they hold your luggage in case you want to travel into the city, before you leave. Overall I’ll come back. Great hotel but I can’t fit the robe, bed, etc lol

Loved the comfortable bed with crispy sheets, clean room & environment with tasteful decor, friendly & helpful staff, wide selection of breakfast/brunch buffet choices catering for both western and eastern pallets, and convenient free shuttle service to/from the Incheon airport terminals. The line up when first arriving to the hotel after taking the shuttle from the airport was over 30 minutes long just to check in. I was then told there is “no air conditioning in Korea” by the lady who checked me in. This is false, as my previous hotel in Seoul had excellent air conditioning. It was very difficult to sleep, as the temperature in the room read 28.5 degrees celsius, it was stuffy and hot; and there is no window to open either. There were black hairs in the bathroom on the countertop and shower. The best thing about this hotel is the variety at the breakfast buffet.
