Airport shuttle is available every hour, need to make a reservation in advance. Upon my arrival at the Incheon airport, a help desk made a shuttle reservation for me. The shuttle arrival time for Terminal 2: at 15 min of the hour, Terminal 1: at 35 min of the hour, Hotel: at 55 min of the hour.

We loved this hotel! The rooms were clean, the location was one hundred steps outside of the train station. There were many restaurants and after almost 3 weeks immersed in Korean food, we loved the novelty of eating at Burger King. There were many more restaurants too. A major department store was across the street , giving us another shopping experience . The breakfast buffet was excellent and well priced . 5 stars for this place . The free hotel shuttle was a disappointment . The driver was helpful and organized - however we were stopped at the end of the terminal necessitating us hauling our bags all the way to the other end of the terminal. After almost 3 weeks, we were not traveling lightly. Sent from my iPhone

Hotel is perfectly placed for Incheon airport, with either shuttle bus of train transfer. Interior corridors are rather crusty, but rooms are OK. Check in is friendly. Unseo itself has a large number of bars, eateries etc and is well worth a wander around.
