We have wedding reception in this hotel September 14th and my family checked in friday,and they don’t informed my sister in the front desk that we have to check out in the room,as part of my brothers wedding I thought they can stay until the event is done but we get charged for over stayed..there’s a lot of mis understanding in the front desk.

Awesome hotel
My family really enjoed staying at Zuri hotel. It is very accesible to a big mall, since the location ofvthe hotel is just beside the biggest mall. They enjoyed the overlooking pool day and night and they have an awesome free breakfast. Overall i highly recommended ZURI Hotel

Service was amazing. Really friendly staffs especially the Ken from the bar by the pool. The swimming pool offers great views of the city! Definitely will come back and highly recommend

Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean. (Changed two rooms because of separate bookings.) Very close to a shopping mall, SM CITY ILOILO. Variety of delicious food for breakfast buffet 👌👍. We’ll be back in the future for sure. Keep it up!

When I arrived to the hotel my reservation was cancelled by Expedia, even though they took my money. I found myself on the other side of the world with no place to stay after 2 days of traveling. Thankfully, the kind staff at the hotel agreed to allow me to stay and they would pursue the matter with Expedia on my behalf. I highly recommend this hotel for that reason alone but they gave me plenty of other reasons to rate them 10/10.
