Comfort meets convenience

My stay, as always, was very comfortable. It was nice to get a break from work in a very welcoming place. The room was clean. The food was great, as always, and the staff friendly. My stay was very convenient since the hotel is also attached to SM City shopping mall.

Overall it was a great hotel. The only thing I found that I didn’t like was just some grind buildup in the showers. Other than that it was clean and the staff was very helpful. Also the walk over the connected bridge on the second floor to SM Iloilo is always appreciated.

Excellent location, good amenities and value for the $$. Walkable to SM which is a one stop shopping, dining and entertainment destination in itself. The only ding I can give is the traffic congestion to, in and within the parking lots as it shares access and parking with the mall. The breakfast it offers while not free with stay is good value as well. I’d stay home again in a heartbeat.
