This is our go to Hotel in Iloilo . Very accessible to everything . Staff are great and breakfast is one of the best if not the best in Iloilo .

mer service was poor. Room service took my towels and didn’t replace . Room was roasting hot before going in and excess moisture caused mold in bathroom that they didn’t deal with Really not good for the price

Lucky was very friendly and efficient when checking me in. She remembered that I am a returning guest. The only issue with my stay is the in room safe did not work properly and the air conditioning was not working correctly. Even though I would turn it off because the temperature would not adjust correctly. It word turn back on.
