This is probably one of the best hotels in Itacare. My suite was spacious and comfortable - the bed and pillows especially. Breakfast options are limited but still good for vegetarians (and abundant for meat/fish eaters). The beach access is very convenient, albeit the allocated beach space isn't that big. In high season it could feel cramped. Overall great, EXCEPT that I didnt have hot water in my room for the first two days of my stay despite reporting this to the reception desk a number of times. Perhaps something fell down in translation but I thought they promised to send someone to fix it each time I spoke to them only for no action/repair to be taken. Eventually the repair man came back to my room directly with me on my last reception visit. The issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes which made it all the more frustrating that it hadnt been fixed sooner

O espaço do hotel é lindo, paisagismo muito no capricho, uma praia maravilhosa praticamente do hotel, o restaurante e o café da manhã são excelentes! O único ponto negativo foi a limpeza no quarto, achei pouco caprichada e por ser um lugar de praia, demandava uma atenção maior, mas não tirou o brilho do período delicioso que passamos lá. Voltaremos com certeza!

Nossa experiência foi incrível. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, educados, eficientes nas demandas e acolhedores. O restaurante do hotel serve deliciosos pratos a la carte num cardápio variado e por um preço justo. É possível ver o cuidado com os hóspedes em cada detalhe. Tivemos problemas na conexão wi-fi, e imediatamente nos trocaram de quarto, para uma acomodação mais ampla e com conexão. As únicas observações são que o quarto é um pouco escuro e que sentimos falta de um espelho, porque há somente na pia do banheiro.
