Pague um pouco mais e opte pelo loft
Quarto luxo é antigo, embora reformado, o ar condicionado é de parede (não regula muito bem). A roupa de cama era puída e manchada. O café da manhã é muito bom, e o hotel tem opção de almoço, que também é muito gostoso. O atendimento na recepção quando chegamos foi desagradável (o recepcionista parecia contrariado porque optamos reservar pelo hoteis.com e não diretamente no hotel - havíamos ligado antes, mas as tarifas informadas pelo telefone eram mais caras do que no site! Obs: as tarifas informadas pelo telefone eram diferentes daquelas que constam num cartaz na própria recepção). No entanto, o funcionário que estava no checkout foi muito gentil e cordial. Os demais funcionários também eram muito educados e solicitos. Se voltarmos, tentarei reservar o Loft que é mais novo e parece mais confortável.

Infelizmente tive uma experiência terrível. Reservei com antecedência, paguei no cartão, e quando cheguei no hotel estava tudo fechado com as luzes apagadas. Ninguem pra me receber! Graças ao atendimento da Hoteis.com, tive uma excelente assistência com realocação em outro hotel. Mas foi um grande transtorno e perdi 2 horas com isso, tendo trabalho pra fazer.

Tudo muito bom, mas pode melhorar.
Tudo de primeira linha, como sempre. Apenas uma ressalva para o café desse dia que estava servido nas mesas ao invés do buffet. Achei a estratégia arriscada para tempos de epidemia, com alimentos expostos e sem refrigeração, com pessoas circulando pela sala do café.

A estrutura do Hotel é muito boa, natureza, piscina aquecida, sauna, etc... O conforto no quarto pode melhorar com camas mais novas, pois o principal em um hotel é um bom banho e uma boa cama para relaxar.
