Beautiful views from the restaurant and a great price. Room was huge. The girl at the restaurant was super nice. I’m not sure if it was just old, but the toilet was gross. The bed was so old, there were huge divots in the mattress and it was extremely uncomfortable. The amenities were not correct on google or Expedia. Checking in was an awkward experience. Also, they don’t have a first aid kit on site, so that’s comforting.

I remember the Shilo when i lived here it has fallen way off. People don't seem happy to work here . There is a rag stuffed around the outside of the fire nozzle in the bathroom cracks in the ceiling. I understand its an older property but a little spackling goes a long way . i also understand its cheaper to stay here but a little help in small places good do amazing things for this property.

$100.00 incidentals charge
I booked through PayPal got to check inn the made me sign a 100.00 incidentals for as it was New Year’s Eve and they were worried about damages. We traveled all day sick with head colds and went to bed before 8:00 and we are not the party type.

Great service - very welcoming front desk staff. Huge room with really comfortable bed. Great breakfast menu included. And airport shuttle that had van pre-warmed on a very chilly morning at 7am.

Worst hotel
The hotel was terribly run down and had all kinds of a sketchy people coming and going. It was dirty with dog hair all over. I would not ever stay there again would not recommend it. The pictures on their website are deceiving.
