We were impressed by this hotel overall. The staff was friendly, the check in was easy. The room was large and there are nice facilities with the pool, hot tub, exercise area and the restaurant is good for the breakfast included with the stay. It is an older property and the furniture does show some wear. For example the table in our room was definitely worn but it was fine to use. This was definitely good value for the money. We would definitely stay there again and plan to.

The hotel is a little tired, but there were notable updates. Great spacious room. Good free breakfast and the staff was great! Price was good too. I would stay again and highly recommend.

First room had a filthy couch. Looked like someone had thrown up on it. Changed rooms and the couch had several crusty spots on it. Just sat in the chairs. There was dried toothpaste in the drawer the sink. No towel racks in the bathroom.

I booked a stay at the Shilo. H Inn and suites. They let me check-in at 7 AM. Early, they told me that if I checked in early, I would have to check out at 11 and come back at 3 with no costs. Because I already paid for the 17th to the 18th the next day I get a call from the front desk. Saying that all I have to do is come down there and check out and check back in. And then I was told when I got down there that I had to leave that my stay was from 7 AM to 11 AM since I checked in early And I can't get my money back

The breakfast that was included was not very good. There was no protein (such as bacon, sausage, etc). Our keys didn’t work in the closest entry door to our room and we had to park quite a ways from the main door.
