This is a 1980's era time capsule hotel that surprisingly kept in very good ..clean condition..my large king room with flat screen was on first floor very comfortable...service was great and very inexpensive for my room $70 ...free breakfast...and a pleasant over poured cab at the bar to hel0 decompress...location just down from the hilton was handy ...next to the riverwalk...with applebees chilis..the sand piper a localsports bar and thai place all within walking distance...if your on a budget this is alright!
