Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
I got to the hotel 20 minutes before check in which was at 3pm. I was told that I could check in early if I was a my hotel member. I told him I was not a member so he told me I could not check in until 3pm.
He didn’t even offer me to become a member so I could check in 20 min ahead of time.
He told me it was unfortunate that I had to wait 20 min till check in. He was no help what so ever.
Heading to my room I walked down the hall way of my floor where it smelled like trash while a huge trash bin was sitting in the hall way extremely full.
The hotel is next to the freeway & it’s very loud. The ice maker in the room goes all night so every hour you will hear that dump.
Our room smelled like “dirty feet” come to find out it was the blanket that was on the bed so we moved that to the floor. They offered no hand soap at the sink in our room.
I will not be coming back & I will not become a member.
This hotel is not worth the 145$ I spent.
