The room had broken coffee pot, front desk said they’d bring us another one and never did, the breakfast was nasty, room had hair in the bed and in the bathtub…will not come back and will not recommend it to anyone

Stayed there 2 years ago, remodel in progress, still is. TV remote wouldn’t access the Guide, only found one plug in the entire room that worked & that was in the bathroom. Most of the Lights in the room don’t work & the breakfast & coffee was terrible.

TERRIBLE

I couldn’t possibly stay the night in this hotel! It was absolutely nasty! Our hot water didn’t work. The tub didn’t drain. There was blood or some type of substance on our curtains. The curtain was also ripped. Their luggage carts were awful. I wouldn’t let a stray dog stay here. The manager was supposed to give me a call and never heard from him!!

This was my first time staying and after talking to people i realize this property hasnt been open very long so totally forgive. But bed was very uncomfortable and there was hardly any hot water

The hotel and staff was nice. The hotel is being renovated but that wasn’t a problem. Idabel does not offer much as far as dining or recreation but the people are very friendly.

Dont go for the breakfast!

Breakfast was terrible. We got there at 8am and they have breakfast until 9am. The eggs were dry and didnt even look or taste like real eggs. The gravy was gone. No more batter for waffles so we couldn'teven make that. We asked if they could replenish since they had another hour of breakfast and was told no. The only good thing was that the bathroom was clean.

Disappointed With Our Stay

The hotel was under construction during our stay. We didn't know this, or we would have stayed elsewhere. I'm a fan of Comfort Suites because they're pet friendly, but this one was not very clean. The curtain in our room looked like someone had been murdered in it due to dark stains splattered on it. Of all the ones I've stayed at, this one is the only one I've been disappointed in.

This hotel was very comfortable for our one night stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. We were aware the property is undergoing renovation which it definitely needs. The issue of being dirty was a bag of trash left in the trash can that had been overlooked. The bed and bathroom were clean as was the sitting area. This property was recommended to us by a family member who lives in this small town. I would definitely return to this property and recommend it to others.
