Our stay was ok. Clean facilty and friendly staff for the most part… i am giving 3 starts because they charged for the stay days before. I went with my whole family (10 People) and my brother had to canceled last minute. We had until jul 28 to cancel… i book 4 rooms.. they charged me JUL 26 eventhoough i had until jul 28 to cancel.. thankfully my bank didnot approved the last room due to repetitive charges so they send me an email to notified.. second, i book a SUPERIOR room… (thinking i will have big room) .be aware that are animals in the gardens… they had ROOSTERS and other animals making lots Of noise from approx 4 am until 6 am… So its almost impossible to sleep … and finally reason of giving 3 stars.. check out was at NOON… they deactivate my card before that.. we went to the pool and coming back to change the little ones to leave facily my card was ALREADY deactivated.. so i couldnot go in… i had to ask personel To Open my room… again it was an OK stay.. but definetetly i have been in much better resorts around the world. Thanks

This is a good hotel and stuff is really helpful. The restaurant and food were a bit disappointing but fine to eat, the stuff was really nice again. The hotel rooms feel a bit empty due to a lack of decoration or furniture but very spacious. The area and town are ok, nothing special and I would probably not go back.

Amazing setting and service
Las Dunas was fantastic. Our kids loved all the animals and the waterslide at one of the pools. The property was impeccably kept and it was like an oasis in the desert.
