There are a lot of staff at reception who spend most of their time gossiping. I arrived 3 hours early because I’d booked a massage for the only timeslot I could get but despite me asking several times reception did absolutely nothing to try to help get my room ready early. Most hotels will call the cleaning staff to try to get the room ready early. So I sat in the lobby for 2 hours-there is nowhere suitable to work in the hotel. The room was absolutely freezing despite setting the thermostat to 22 degrees. I accidentally left my toothbrush and toothpaste at home. Most hotels have supplies of these but here you have to pay £3 to a vending machine in the ladies toilets. Ultimately this is a glorified motel.

Staff well manned hotel rooms lovely & clean .only down side the lunching & dinner are very expensive we had sausage & mash wish was £19.50 which is a long do not get me wrong the sausage are very tasty but not cheap.

Brilliant business stopover!

First class hotel and service, fabulous price for mid week overnight stopover. Bed, bedding and pillows were the best I've had in nearly all of my business stopovers in the past year. Only downside was the size of the gym in such a large hotel, good new equipment but given how many rooms this hotel has it was busy on a quiet Tuesday evening so would probably be no room on a busy weekend.

It’s a great hotel… would need to be for the price. I was disappointed on the heating… room was cold… the heat took a while to heat up… just cold most of the time… Also disappointed on how restrictive accessing the room especially when the room needs to be vacated by 11.
